ORDERING:
IF FOR SOME REASON THE SHOPPING CART SYSTEM ISN'T WORKING THERE IS ALTERNATIVE METHOD FOR PLACING AN ORDER TOYROOM, JUST FOLLOW FOLLOW THERELATIVELY EASY STEPS OUTLINED BELOW...

MANUAL ALTERNATIVE ORDERING METHOD

1. ONCE YOU DECIDE WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE SEND US YOUR INFORMATION THIS INCLUDES:
(I) YOUR NAME
(II) YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS (PLEASE INDICATE BUSINESS OR RESIDENTIAL)
(III) YOUR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER
(IV) YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL ADDRESS (IF AVAILABLE)
(V) AND A LIST OF THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO PURCHASE
TO: SHOP @ TOYROOMGALLERY.COM

2. AS A CUSTOMER YOU WILL RECEIVE A PAYPAL INVOICE FROM SHOP @ TOYROOMGALLERY.COM

3. THIS CAN BE PAID USING THE FOLLOWING METHODS:
(I) PAYPAL DIRECTLY
(II) CREDIT CARD THROUGH PAYPAL
(III) eCHECK (A DELAY FOR FUNDS TO CLEAR WILL APPLY)
IMPORTANT FOR BALANCES OVER $1,000 WE PREFER WIRE TRANSFER, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR BANK DETAILS.
NB: If PayPal is still the preferred option Toyroom may add up to 4% to the total to cover PayPal fees

4. ONCE THE INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID THE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY BY THE FOLLOWING METHODS:
(I) FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery OR USPS Priority MailĀ® FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
(II) USPS Priority MailĀ® International FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
NB: If a faster method of shipping is desired please indicate what method you wish to be used when you place your order.

LARGE TICKET ITEMS, PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:
ALL ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE THAT DON'T HAVE "BUY IT" BUTTONS, ARE ITEMS THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER (WIRE TRANSFER), UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AN TERMS ACCEPTED.
BANKING INFORMATION WILL BE FORWARDED ONCE THESE CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN MET .

IF PAYPAL IS USED TOYROOM HAS THE DISCRETION TO ADD A SEVICE CHARGE TO COVER FEE IMPOSED BY PAYPAL.

DEPOSITS & PARTIAL PAYMENTS
TOYROOM DOES ACCEPT DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ON MORE EXPENSIVE ITEMS, POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. A DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF 50% OR MORE TOWARD THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM
NB: Deposits of less than 50% ie. Good Faith Deposits or Holding Deposits, will apply to the purchase, BUT, are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless prior arrangements are made &/or Terms of Purchase are met with stipulated time frame.

2. AFTER A DEPOSIT IS MADE, THE ITEM WILL BE HELD & THE PURCHASER IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION WITHIN A SPECIFIED TIME FRAME, NORMALLY 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF THE DEPOSIT, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.
NB: Good Faith Deposits or Holding Deposits, will Automatically Forfeit & become NON-REFUNDABLE after this time frame has been exceeded, unless prior arrangements are made &/or Terms of Purchase are met.
